The flats with a beautiful view of the ocean and or mountains are very spacious and consist
of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath and toilet and an open plan kitchen and lounge area.
Sleeping 2 to 4 adults in two spacious bedrooms plus 2 children on a sleeping sofa in the lounge.
Thus makes for easy family living away from home. The self catering kitchen and living area are
available with TV and DSTV connection point(bring own decoder and smart card or arrange for
viewing options available).

A once-off cleaning fee of R380 is payable per booking.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged
at R50 per day. Laundry services are available on site at a fee.

Reservations and cancellations
A 10% non-refundable booking fee confirms the reservation
Payments are done via electronic funds transfer or direct deposits
If cancellation is requested 60 days before arrival date, 100% of the balance is refundable
If cancellation is done 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the balance is refundable
Check in time: 14:00 to 17:00 – Please notify us if you are arriving late.
Check out time: 9:00
Please note maximum persons per flat allowed.

Water: The greater Mossel Bay is a water sensitive area and all visitors are requested to use
Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the flat.
Cleaning services: Cleaning of the flat can be arranged through Juanita or Norman.
